Hey Love Project Sheet - Free Tutorial

This stamp set includes some super cute animal images. 

Here's a project using the ape which is covering a

box of Valentine heart candies.

Supplies:

• Stamp Sets – Hey Love (148644)
• Cardstock – Real Red (102482), Whisper White (100730), Basic Black (121045)
• Stamp Pads – Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad (132708)
• Misc. – Lovely Lipstick 1/8” Grosgrain Ribbon (146952), 1-3/8” Scallop Circle Punch (146139), Classic Label Punch (141491), Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430), Tear & Tape (138995), Mini Glue Dot (103683), 
  Stampin’ Blends: Soft Suede Combo (147273), Light Crumb Cake (144582), Ivory (144606), Dark Real Red (147934)
  Layering Circles Framelits (141705), Stitched Shapes Framelits (145372), Big Shot (143263), Brach’s Mini Tropical Fruit Conversation Hearts 

Measurements:

• Real Red: 3-1/2” x 7-1/2” scored at 1-1/4”, 2-1/4”, 3”, 
  4-7/8”, 5-5/8” 
• Basic Black scrap for Scalloped Circle
• Whisper White: scraps for gorilla image and sentiments
• Lovely Lipstick Ribbon: 8”

Instructions:

1. Wrap Real Red cardstock around candy box. Use Tear & Tape to the fold that runs across the top of the box. A 1-1/4” piece of Real Red will stand up, The candy box should fit snuggly within the wrapper but should slide out either end. 
2. Stamp gorilla image on scrap Whisper White and die cut with the second largest stitched circle die from the Stitched Shapes Framelits. Color gorilla image using Stampin’ Blends. Die cut Basic Black scalloped circle using the second largest scalloped circle die from the Layering Circles Framelits. Adhere gorilla to scalloped circle and adhere to front flap of the piece standing on top of the candy wrapper. Make small bow with Lovely Lipstick and adhere to gorilla piece with mini glue dot.
3. Stamp “hey, valentine” in black memento ink on scrap of Whisper White and punch out using the Classic Label Punch. Adhere sentiment to front edge of the candy wrapper.
4. Stamp “i’m APE over you” in black memento ink on scrap of Whisper White and punch out using the Scalloped Circle Punch. Adhere to front flap with Stampin’ Dimensional.

Butterfly Gala Card Tutorial

The Occasions Catalog is full of items that shout

Butterfly Gala

Supplies:

• Stamp Sets– Butterfly Gala (148580) or w Butterfly Duet Punch (150599 Bundle); 
  Star of Light (142110)
• Cardstock – Poppy Parade (119793), Whisper White (100730); Vellum (101856)
• Stamp Pads– Poppy Parade (147050); Pacific Point (147098); Black Memento (132708)
• Misc. – Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels (146924); Multipurpose Liquid Glue (110755), Mini Glue Dots (103683); Poppy Parade Dark Blend (146879); Flirty Flamingo Dark Blend (147032); Butterfly Duet Punch (148523)

Measurements:

• Poppy Parade: 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” scored at 4-1/4" for base card 
• Whisper White: 4" x 5-1/4" (2) plus scrap for butterflies
• Vellum: scrap for butterflies

Instructions:

1. Fold Poppy Parade cardstock in half to create card base.
2. Stamp butterflies twice using Memento ink ~ once on Whisper White scrap and once on Vellum scrap (can also use StazOn ink for vellum).
3. Color the Whisper White butterflies with the Blends, punch out. When the ink is dry, punch out the vellum butterflies. 
4. Stamp the swirl using Pacific Point ink. Add the Whisper White colored butterflies to the card front using Mini Glue Dots. Add the vellum butterflies on top leaving the wings free. Add rhinestones to the center of each butterfly. Adhere to card base.
5. Stamp the sentiment in Poppy Parade ink. Stamp 'thank you so very much' on second sheet of Whisper White and adhere to the inside of the card.

Wonderful Romance Project Sheet

There are so many beautiful products in the new 2019 Occasions Catalog. I'm sharing just ONE of the amazing items with this card ... the LACE DYNAMIC TEXTURED IMPRESSIONS EMBOSSING FOLDER !!!

There is so much detail in this folder. You really need to see it in person for the full effect.

• Cardstock – Very Vanilla (101650), Petal Pink (146985), Soft Sea Foam (146988)
• Stamp Pads– Memento (132708), Soft Sea Foam (147102)
• Misc. – Wonderful Floral Framelits Dies (148529), Lace Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder (148530), Multipurpose Liquid Glue (110755), Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush (141897), Big Shot (143263), Dimensionals (104430)

Measurements:

• Petal Pink: 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” scored at 4-1/4" for base card 
• Petal Pink: 4" x 5-1/4" for lace layer
• Soft Sea Foam: 3-3/4" x 4"
• Very Vanilla: 3" x 3"

Instructions:

1. Fold larger piece of Petal Pink cardstock in half to create card base.
2. Spray the Petal Pink cardstock lightly with water (on both sides) and run through the Big Shot in the Lace Folder – only the top plastic cutting plate is needed with the thicker Dynamic Folders. 
3. Stamp bouquet using Memento on Soft Sea Foam, run through the Big Shot with matching die. (I use wax paper between the cardstock and the die to allow the cut pieces to dislodge easier.) Adhere to the lace layer with Multipurpose Glue.
4. Stamp the oval label using Soft Sea Foam on Very Vanilla, cut out with the matching die
5. Adhere the lace layer to the base card with Dimensionals. Add Wink of Stella to the flowers in the bouquet.
