Extraordinary Flora Project Sheet

Have you had a chance to check out the Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape on page 125 of the annual catalog??

Did you know that it coordinates with the Wonderful Thoughts die on page 85? 

How awesome is that?!?!?!?

Altho it's not used on this card, I thought it was worth pointing out. I will be sharing more cards to show how they work together.

Extraordinary Flora

Supplies:

• Stamp Sets – Wonderful Thoughts (161899)

• Paper – Pretty Peacock Cardstock (150880); Basic White Cardstock (166780); Beautiful Bokeh Designer Series Paper (DSP (164607))

• Stamp Pads – Berry Burst Classic Stampin’ Pad (147143)

• Misc. – Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape (165269); Wonderful Thoughts dies (161491); Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (149653); Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels (158987); Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430); Stampin’ Seal (152813)

Measurements:

• Pretty Peacock: 5-1/2” x 8-1/2”; scrap for cutting

• Basic White: 5-1/2” x 3-1/2”; scrap for stamping

• DSP: 5-1/4” x 4”

Instructions:

1. Fold Pretty Peacock cardstock in half for card base. Adhere DSP to card base.

2. Adhere length (approximately 3-1/2”) of Washi Tape to Basic White cardstock and trim to 5-1/4” x 3-1/4”. Adhere to card base. (Note: The Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape alternates two colorways: pinks and purples. This card uses the Purple colorway). 

3. Stamp sentiment on Basic White scrap with Berry Burst ink and cut with appropriate die. Adhere to Pretty Peacock scrap and hand-cut approximately 1/8” from edge. Attach to card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

4. Adhere a small Iridescent Pearl to the centers of each small flower.

Introducing the Virtual Album Retreat – A Fun New Crafting Event

Virtual Month by Month Album Retreat

Stampin' Up! is holding their first ever Virtual Album Retreat in July, and you'll be able to buy the Month by Month Album Retreat 2025 Kit (167338) starting May 28th. The kit ($250) contains individually packaged layouts with instructions, including designed precut sheets, cardstock, embellishments, exclusive stamp sets, and more!

Over 3 days from July 16th-18th, seasoned scrapbookers and those new to memory keeping alike will be guided through creating 12 scrapbook spreads with your exclusive kit. You can see all the double-page spreads, one for each month of the year here.

You will need some additional supplies to complete your layouts, such as inks, tools, and adhesives, and you can use this list to gather everything you need. The retreat sessions will be streamed live in a private Facebook Group, from 2:00 – 10:30 pm (MT) each day. If you can't make the scheduled times, don't worry as the video recordings will be available to watch immediately after each session. There is no additional registration fee to join the virtual event; by purchasing the exclusive Album Retreat Kit you'll get access to the Facebook Group.

There have been some quality issues with the new Cloud Cover Classic Stampin' Pad and Stampin' Up!® has decided not to make it available for sale. This also means that there will be no ink pad bundle available for this set of In Colors. They have identified that the issue is connected to the chemical makeup of the firm foam in our ink pads, so if you wish to use a Cloud Cover ink pad for stamping you are able to make your own felt ink pad using our uninked Stampin' Spots (sold as a pack of 5; 141822) and the Cloud Cover Classic Stampin' Ink Refill (165279). A Cloud Cover Stampin' Spot is also included in the Classic Stampin' Spot Small Assortment 1 (166716).
