Measurements:
Early Espresso: 8-1/2” x 5-1/2”; 3” x 3” (four pieces)
Beauty of the Earth DSP: 5-1/4” x 1-7/8” (four pieces)
Basic White: 4” x 5-1/4”; 2-3/4” x 2-3/4"
Instructions:
Along the 8-1/2” side of Early Espresso cardstock score at 2-1/8”, flip around and score opposite end also at 2-1/8”. Fold well on each crease line to create a 'gate fold'.
Glue the Designer Series Paper strips to front and back of folded panels. Ink tree with Soft Suede and stamp on bottom of 4” x 5-1/4” Basic White. Ink the 'leaves' portion of the tree with Bumblebee then tap on the following ink pads: Cajun Craze, Cherry Cobbler, Mossy Meadow & Night of Navy. Mist with water and stamp on top of tree. Let dry.
Stamp sentiment onto the 5-1/4” x 4” Basic White cardstock. Stamp dog & hearts with Black Memento ink pad and color with Stampin' Blends Markers. Add Shimmery Crystal Effect to hearts and dog collar.
Use Water Painter to add ground and grass below dog using the Crumb Cake and Mossy Meadow ink pads.
Add Coastal Cabana ink with Blending Brush to create the 'sky.
Stamp small circle from “Watercolor Shapes” set using So Saffron to create the 'Sun'.
Score two pieces of the 3” x 3” Early Espresso cardstock at 1-1/2” and fold the two squares in half.Glue the folded squares to the third 3” x 3” Early Espresso cardstock, lining up the creased folds in the centre. Glue the fourth 3” x 3” Early Espresso cardstock on top, creating a 'sandwich' that looks like an'X' in the middle. Tuck the front card flaps inside the 'X' to create the “Slide & Lock” portion of thecard.
On the 2-3/4” x 2-3/4” Basic White cardstock, stamp dog and butterflies with Black Memento inkpad and color with Stampin' Blends Markers.
Use Water Painter to add ground and grass below dog using the Crumb Cake and MossyMeadow ink pads.
Use Blending Brush with Coastal Cabana ink pad to create the 'sky. Stamp small circle from“Watercolor Shapes” set using So Saffron to create the 'Sun'. Glue to the front of 'slide & lock' pieceon front of card.
Stamp sentiment with VersaMark onto scrap piece of Early Espresso cardstock and sprinkle on White Emboss Powder. Shake off excess and set with heat tool. Trim and glue to the stamped piece on front of card. Add Shimmery Crystal Effects to the butterflies and dog collar to finish card.
