Extraordinary Flora Project Sheet

Have you had a chance to check out the Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape on page 125 of the annual catalog??

Did you know that it coordinates with the Wonderful Thoughts die on page 85? 

How awesome is that?!?!?!?

Altho it's not used on this card, I thought it was worth pointing out. I will be sharing more cards to show how they work together.

Extraordinary Flora

Supplies:

• Stamp Sets – Wonderful Thoughts (161899)

• Paper – Pretty Peacock Cardstock (150880); Basic White Cardstock (166780); Beautiful Bokeh Designer Series Paper (DSP (164607))

• Stamp Pads – Berry Burst Classic Stampin’ Pad (147143)

• Misc. – Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape (165269); Wonderful Thoughts dies (161491); Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (149653); Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels (158987); Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430); Stampin’ Seal (152813)

Measurements:

• Pretty Peacock: 5-1/2” x 8-1/2”; scrap for cutting

• Basic White: 5-1/2” x 3-1/2”; scrap for stamping

• DSP: 5-1/4” x 4”

Instructions:

1. Fold Pretty Peacock cardstock in half for card base. Adhere DSP to card base.

2. Adhere length (approximately 3-1/2”) of Washi Tape to Basic White cardstock and trim to 5-1/4” x 3-1/4”. Adhere to card base. (Note: The Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape alternates two colorways: pinks and purples. This card uses the Purple colorway). 

3. Stamp sentiment on Basic White scrap with Berry Burst ink and cut with appropriate die. Adhere to Pretty Peacock scrap and hand-cut approximately 1/8” from edge. Attach to card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

4. Adhere a small Iridescent Pearl to the centers of each small flower.

My Small Business Project Sheet

Measurements:

• Melon Mambo Cardstock: 4-1/4” x 11”, score at 5-1/2”; scrap for leaf die cut

• DSP 4” x 5-1/4”; 3/4” x 4”

• Flirty Flamingo Cardstock: 2-1/2” x 4” (embossed)

• Textured Metallic (gold): 1” x 4-1/2”

• Basic White Cardstock: 4” x 5-1/4”; 2” x 3” (die cut)

Instructions:

1. Adhere Basic White cardstock to inside card.

2. Adhere Marbled Elegance DSP to card front.

3. Emboss Flirty Flamingo cardstock and adhere to card front.

4. Adhere (gold) Textured Metallic to card front.

5. Adhere Marbled Elegance DSP strip to card front.

6. Die cut Mixed Labels sentiment piece using Basic White cardstock.

7. Stamp hearts using Melon Mambo ink; stamp sentiment using Early Espresso ink. Adhere to card front using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.

8. Die cut leaf from Mixed Labels dies using scrap of Melon Mambo cardstock. Adhere behind sentiment diecut.

9. Adhere two Heart Sequins to card front using Take Your Pick Tool.

Christmas Friends Gift Box

• Stampin’ Blends – Crumb Cake (154882), Pretty in Pink (163824), Read Red (154899), Lemon Lolly (161673)

Measurements:  

• Basic White (tag): 3-1/4” x 2”

• Garden Green (sentiment): 3” x 3/4”

• Designer Series Paper: 10” x 4-1/2”

Instructions:

1. Glue the Designer Series Paper to the wrong side of the outside piece of the box (the side without the double-sided tape). 

2. Fussy cut around the paper so that it is the same size of the box.

3. Fold on the score lines to create the outside of the box.

4. Assemble the inside of the box and secure by removing backing of adhesive and folding on score lines.

5. Remove the double-side tape from the outside piece and glue the inside box to the top area centering the inside box.

6. Assemble the box and wrap a piece of ribbon around the upper front and tie in a bow.

7. Cut out a tag from the Basic White using the Something Fancy Dies including the hole at the top of the tag.

8. Stamp the mouse image in Tuxedo black ink on the Basic White tag.

9. Colour the mouse with Stampin’ Blends. 

10. Thread a piece of twine through the tag hole and tie to the Shaded Spruce ribbon. 

11. Stamp the sentiment on Garden Green in Versamark, apply White embossing powder and heat set. 

12. Cut out with the long label die and glue to the top of the tag.
