Measurements:

• Lovely Lipstick: 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” 
• DSP: 5” x 2-1/2“
• Basic Black: 4” x 5-1/4”; 3” x 4”
• Whisper White: 2-1/8” x 3-1/4”; scraps for sentiment & cactus
• Basic Black Twine: 8”
• Crumb Cake: 5” x 1-1/2”

Instructions:

1. Fold the Lovely Lipstick card base in half and use bone folder to flatten the fold. Adhere the larger Basic Black rectangle to the card base front. 
2. Color white stripes on the DSP using the Pineapple Punch, Lovely Lipstick and the Call Me Clover Blends. Adhere DSP to the upper section of the card front. 
3. Use the Coastal Weave 3D Embossing Folder to emboss the piece of Crumb Cake. Adhere to the lower section of the card front. 
4. Stamp the Meer Cats on the 2-1/8” x 3-1/4"” Whisper White rectangle using black ink. Stamp the cactus image and the sentiment on Whisper White scraps. Color images with Stampin’ Blends.
5. Die cut the cactus with the smallest circle from the Stitched Shapes Dies and the sentiment from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies. Die cut the scalloped rectangle from the remaining Basic Black piece using So Sweetly Stitched Die. Adhere the Meer Cat image to the Basic Black scalloped rectangle. Adhere this piece to card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
6. Adhere sentiment and cactus with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Make a bow out of the Basic Black twine and adhere to card front using a glue dot. Adhere sequins with glue dots.

Painted Poppies Watercolor Project Sheet

Painted Poppies Watercolor Card

SUPPLIES:

STAMPS: Painted Poppies (151599), Beautifully Braided (151637)
CARDSTOCK: Whisper White (100730), Old Olive (100702), Bermuda Bay (131197)
PAPER: Watercolor Paper (149612), Vellum Cardstock (101856)
INK: Jet Black StazOn (101406), Pumpkin Pie (147086), Old Olive (147090), Mango Melody (147093), Coastal Cabana (147097)
ACCESSORIES: Perennial Essence Floral Centers (149442)
ADHESIVES: Stampin' Dimensionals (104430), Mini Glue Dots (103683)
TOOLS: Aqua Painters (103954), Stampin' Spritzer (126185), Painted Labels Dies (151605), Clear Block E (118484), Grid Paper (130148)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Cut Bermuda Bay cardstock to 5-1/2" x 8-1/2". Score at 4-1/4" along the 8-1/2" side.
2. Stamp multi-leaf image from Painted Poppies stamp set randomly on card front with Coastal Cabana ink.
3. Cut Watercolor Paper to 4" x 3-1/4". Protect your work surface with Grid Paper or similar.
4. Press Coastal Cabana ink pad directly onto the E-sized acrylic Clear Block. Mist the inked block with water using the Stampin' Spritzer. Let the water a ink combine for a few seconds. Carefully flip the block over onto the Watercolor Paper on a protected surface such as Grid Paper. To create a good watercolor wash, let the Watercolor Paper absorb the ink and water for about 5 seconds before removing the block. Set aside to dry.
5. Stamp one full flower image, two side-view flower images, and three single-leaf images on Watercolor Paper with StazOn ink. Allow space between images so they can be die cut after watercoloring.
6. Watercolor flowers and leaves with Aqua Painters using Mango Melody, Pumpkin Pie and Old Olive inks. Allow to dry completely.
7. Once the watercolored flowers and leaves are dry, die cut them with the coordinating dies from the Painted Labels Dies.
8. Cut Vellum Cardstock with largest label die from the Painted Labels Dies.
9. Adhere die cut flowers and leaves to the Vellum label with Mini Glue Dots and Stampin' Dimensionals.
10. Cut Old Olive cardstock with swirl die from Painted Labels Dies. Cut die cut swirl in half and adhere behind vellum label and flowers with Glue Dots. Place Glue Dots where they won't show through the Vellum.
11. Adhere watercolor wash background centered on the card front. Use Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the flower and tag layers to the center of the card.
12. Color one of the fuzzy yellow Perennial Essence flower centers with Jet Black StazOn ink to make it black. Use a mostly dry Aqua Painter to dab the ink onto the fuzzy surface. Let dry completely. Adhere to the center of the full flower image once dry. StazOn may stain the Aqua Painter, but it will not
13. Stamp "thank you" greeting from the Beautifully Braided stamp set on 1-1/2" x 1/2" Whisper White cardstock with Jet Black StazOn ink. Adhere greeting to flowers with Mini Glue Dots or Stampin' Dimensionals.
