Hey, Chick Project Sheet

  • Stamp Pads – Cherry Cobbler (126966); Tip Top Taupe (138325); Delightful Dijon (138327); Basic Black Archival (140931)
  • Misc. – Cherry Cobbler Marker (131262); Delightful Dijon Marker (138333); Blender Pen (102845); Stitched Shape Framelit Dies (145372); 5/8” Burlap Ribbon (141487); Classic Label Punch (141491); Paper Snips (103579); Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430); Mini Glue Dots (103683); SNAIL Adhesive (104332); Big Shot 143263
Measurements:
  • Cherry Cobbler: 5-1/2” x 4-1/4”;  3-1/8” x 3-5/8”
  • Delightful Dijon: 8-1/4” x 4” (scored at 3”)
  • Very Vanilla: 3” x 4”;  2-1/2” x 2-1/2” scraps (punch & wing)
Instructions:
  1. Stamp chicken image in Basic Black ink on the 2-1/2” square Very Vanilla cardstock.
  2. Color chicken legs and beak with Delightful Dijon marker. Color in “v’s” and outline chicken with Cherry Cobbler marker. Blend with the Blender Pen. Cut out using the 2-3/8” circle from the Stitched Shapes Framelits.
  3. Stamp tie die image #1 in Delightful Dijon on 3x4 Very Vanilla cardstock. Stamp tie die image #2 in Tip Top Taupe (stamped off) over Delightful Dijon image. Cut out image.
  4. Stamp “hey, chick!” sentiment on Very Vanilla scrap. Punch out with Classic Label Punch. Trim down to just the saying.
  5. Assemble. Tie knot in ribbon, fray the end. Adhere with mini glue dots. Adhere chicken image with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Measurements:
  • Real Red: 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 card base (fold in half)
  • Shimmery White: 4 x 5-1/4
  • DSP Stack: 3 x 3-1/2
  • Glassine Sheet: : 3 x 3-1/2
  • Lace Trim: 1-1/2 inch piece
  • Read Red Ribbon from Combo Pack: 2", cut in half
  • Silver Metallic Thread:: 10"
  • Silver Foil: 2-1/2 x 3/4
Instructions:
  • Stamp the long “swoop” image from Work of Art stamp set 4 times in Soft Sky ink on Shimmery White cardstock.
  • Using Aqua Painter, blur the stamped images to create watercolored background.
  • Stamp the 'Sealed With A Kiss' sentiment in Real Red ink on Shimmery White cardstock.
  • Sponge edges of stamped piece using Soft Sky ink and adhere to Real Red card base.
  • Using Big Shot and small envelope framelit, cut one envelope out of DSP stack and one out of Glassine Sheet. Using leftover piece of DSP, cut out heart using smallest framelit. Using silver foil, cut out arrow using framelit.
  • Color piece of lace trim using Stampin’ Sponge and Soft Sky ink.
  • Color one wood heart embellishment using Stampin’ Sponge and Bermuda Bay ink. Put Wink of Stella on top after ink has fully dried.
  • Adhere glassine envelope to top of DSP envelope using multipurpose glue. Put Fast Fuse on back of envelope unit and create circle of metallic thread peeking out from back of envelopes; adhere lace trim and red ribbon onto back of envelope unit using multipurpose glue and then attach to card front.
  • Using multipurpose glue, adhere wood heart and silver foil arrow on top of envelope unit. Attach Bermuda Bay enamel heart on top of small DSP heart.

Dragonfly Dreams Project Sheet

Dragonfly Dreams

  • Card Stock – Very Vanilla (101650), Pear Pizzazz (131201)
  • Stamp Pads –Basic Black Archival (140931), Pear Pizzazz (131180)
  • Misc. – Moroccan Designer Series Paper (141645), Gold Foil Sheet (132622), Big Shot (143263), Fine-Tip Glue Pen (138309) or Multipurpose Liquid Glue (110755), Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits Dies (142749), Precision Base Plate (139684), Die Brush (140603), Gold Wink of Stella Glitter Brush (141898)
Measurements:
  • Pear Pizzazz - 5-1/2” x 8-1/2”; Very Vanilla - 4” x 5-1/4”
  • DSP: 3” x 5”
  • Gold Foil Sheet: 3” x 5”
Instructions:
  1. Score Pear Pizzazz at 4-1/4” and fold in half.
  2. Using the multi-dragonfly thinlit, run the Very Vanilla layer through the Big Shot. Position it as shown. Also run the Gold Foil piece through the Big Shot with the same die.
  3. Starting at the bottom of the Very Vanilla layer, stamp with Pear Pizzazz ink using the dots stamp.Stamp off with the ink as you stamp to the top of the layer to create a light, random background.
  4. Adhere the 3” x 5” piece of DSP to the back of the Very Vanilla piece behind the opening created with the multi-dragonfly thinlit.
  5. Inlay the Gold Foil piece and add adhesive to the dragonfly bodies and tails. Leave the wings free to pop up.
  6. Stamp the sentiment at the bottom with Archival Basic Black ink.
  7. Spatter the card with the Gold Wink of Stella brush.
