My Amazing Mother Project Sheet

With Mother's Day right around the corner, May 8th, I wanted to share this stunning, shimmery card with you. The picture does not do it justice. The gems are a shiny silver and the silver glimmer paper just adds more dazzle!! I hope you enjoy it.

My Amazing Mother

Supplies:

• Stamp Sets: Sparkle & Shine (#140733), Greatest Greetings (#140706)
• Ink: Basic Black (#140931)
• Cardstock: Blushing Bride (#131198), Thick White (#140272), Whisper White (#100730)
• Designer Series Paper Shine On (#140579)
• Other: 2-1/2” Circle Punch (#120906) , Note Tag Punch (#135860), Silver Glimmer Paper (#135314), Rhinestones (#119246), Silver Ribbon (#132137), Iced Rhinestones (#139637), Wink of Stella (#141897), Blushing Bride Marker, Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430), Fast Fuse Adhesive (#129026), Glue Dots (#103683)

Measurements:

• Card base (Thick whisper white): 5-1/2” x 4-1/4”, scored in half
• Blushing Bride: 4” x 5-1/4”
• DSP Layer: 5” x 3-3/4”
• White strip for sentiment: 5/8” x 4”
• Enough Silver Glimmer Paper to punch out a 2-1/2” circle and enough Blushing Bride to punch a Note Tag after it is stamped.

Instructions:

1. Adhere the Blushing Bride CS to the card base with Fast Fuse.
2. Layer the Shine On DSP on top of the Blushing Bride and adhere with Fast Fuse.
3. Punch a 2-1/2” circle out of the Glimmer Paper and add to the front of the card with Fast Fuse.
4. Stamp your sentiment with Black ink on the white strip of cardstock. Then add to the front of the card with fast fuse or snail.
5. Stamp the sparkle image on Blushing Bride CS and punch out with the Note Tag Punch.
6. Add the tag to the front of the card with Dimensionals.
7. Make a little bow with the silver ribbon and add to the tag with a glue dot.
8. Color in the “stone” on the front of the tag with your Blushing Bride Marker.
9. Embellish your card with Wink of Stella, Iced Rhinestones, and Basic Rhinestones as you like.
