Beautiful You in Bleach Project Sheet

Stampin' Up! Aqua Painters are so versatile.  Here are just a few uses:
... Fill them with water and use with watercolor pencils or dip in ink for watercolor effect
... Fill them with alcohol and add drops of re-inker to paint color directly
... Fill them with bleach which changes the color of your cardstock.
This is the technique used for today's Project Sheet.
