Waterfront Card with
Rock 'n Roll Technique

This has become one of my favorite stamp sets.  The Rock 'n Roll technique definitely adds another level of dimension to the landscape. I hope you also enjoy it.

Supplies:

• Stamp Sets – Waterfront (146386)
• Card Stock – Night of Navy (100867); Crumb Cake (120953); Shimmery White (101910); Whisper White (100730)
• Stamp Pads – Night of Navy (126970); Elegant Eggplant (126969); Tranquil Tide (144085); Island Indigo (126986); Calypso Coral (126983)
• Misc. – Burlap Ribbon (141487); Lots of Labels Framelits (138281); Stitched Shapes Framelits (145372); Pinewood Plank Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder (143708); Banner Triple Punch (138292); Dimensionals (104430); Big Shot (143263)

Measurements:

• Night of Navy: 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” , 2-3/4” x 4-1/4” for cutting label
• Crumb Cake : 4” x 5-1/4” for mat
• Very Vanilla: 4” x 5-1/4” for insert
• Shimmery White: 2-1/2” x : 3-1/2” and 1” x 3” strip for sentiment.

Instructions:

1. Fold Night of Navy cardstock in half for card base.
2. Emboss Crumb Cake cardstock with Pinewood Planks Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.
3. Cut strip of Burlap Ribbon 6”, cut between strands and separate into 3 strands.
4. Wrap ribbon around front of Crumb Cake cardstock and adhere ends to back.
5. Adhere Crumb Cake cardstock to card base.
6. Use the Big Shot with the Lots of Labels Framelits to cut 2-1/2” x 4” label from Night of Navy cardstock.
7. Slide label under ribbon and adhere to card front.
8. Use the Big Shot with Stitched Shapes Framelits to cut largest oval from Shimmery White cardstock.
9. Stamp scene as follows:

• Ink mountain with Elegant Eggplant Ink
  • Before stamping, roll top edges of mountain with Night of Navy Ink
  • Stamp on Shimmery White oval
• Ink trees with Tranquil Tide Ink
  • Before stamping, roll sides and tips with Night of Navy Ink
  • Stamp on Shimmery White oval next to mountains
• Stamp water with Island Indigo Ink
• Stamp land with Tranquil Tide Ink
• Stamp setting sun with Calypso Coral Ink

10. Adhere stamped oval to center of Night of Navy label with Dimensionals
11. Stamp sentiment on 1” strip with Night of Navy Ink
12. Punch left end with Banner Triple Punch
13. Adhere sentiment to card front with Dimensionals
14. Adhere insert inside card.
