From My Heart Suite

The From My Heart Suite is perfect for Valentine’s Day or making cards and treats to share with loved ones throughout the year.

The Heartfelt Bundle is part of this suite and includes the Heartfelt Stamp Set and Heart Punch Pack. One punch is scalloped and layers perfectly with the other. You can also punch the hearts from the Designer Series Paper. How cool is that?!!

The From My Heart Specialty Designer Series Paper has playful patterns with foil accents on some designs. This 30 second video flips through each of the designs in this paper pack.

I used the DSP, ribbon, and faceted gems from the suite to create this beautiful card.

Here’s the details to make this fun card:

Supplies:

• Heartfelt Bundle (153775)
• Ink: Real Red (147084); Flirty Flamingo (147052)
• Paper: From My Heart Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP) (151189); Real Red (102482); Flirty Flamingo (141416); Whisper White (100730)
• Misc: From My Heart Faceted Gems (151154); Real Red 3/8" Double-Stitched Satin Ribbon (151155)

Measurements:

• Real Red: 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 for card base; scrap for heart punch
• Flirty Flamingo: 2-3/4 x 4
• Whisper White: 4 x 5-1/4; 2-1/2 x 3-3/4, 2-3/4 x 7 (stamped hearts)
• DSP: 3 x 4
• Ribbon: ~ 5″ to wrap & 8" for bow

Instructions:

1. On a Whisper White scrap stamp a dotted heart and sentiment inside in Real Red ink. Punch with the corresponding punch. Punch scalloped punch from the scrap of Real Red cardstock. Adhere both hearts with adhesive.
2. Stamp scalloped heart in Flirty Flamingo ink and punch with scalloped punch. Stamp small scalloped heart in Real Red and cut it with snips. Adhere to scalloped Flirty Flamingo heart with dimensionals.
3. Adhere DSP to the bottom left corner of 4 x 5-1/4 Whisper White. Adhere Flirty Flamingo and Whisper White cardstock. Adhere to top right corner of card front piece (see picture) with adhesive.
4. Wrap 5” of Real Red ribbon about 1 inch from the bottom of Flirty Flamingo layer. Adhere entire Whisper White layer to Real Red cardstock folded in half.
5. Add sentiment with dimensionals to the center of the top right rectangular. Adhere Flirty Flamingo heart with dimensionals.
6. Make a bow from Real Red ribbon and adhere with glue dot. Embellish with faceted gems.
