Thanks for the Laugh – Umbrella Punch Butterfly

Supplies:
- Stamp Sets: Thanks for the Laugh (151670)
- Inks: Pretty Peacock (150083)
- Paper: Whisper White (100730); Pretty Peacock (150880); Grapefruit Grove (146972); Tropical Oasis Designer Series Paper (151252)
- Other: Umbrella Builder Punch (151293); Timeless Label (149516); Small Bloom Punch (152316); Country Floral Embossing Folder (151823); Whisper White Solid Baker’s Twine (124262); Faceted Gems (144142); Mini Glue Dots (103683); Die Cutting machine
Measurements:
- Pretty Peacock: 5-1/2” x 8-1/2”, scrap for butterfly
- Grapefruit Grove: 5-1/4” x 4”, scrap for flower
- Whisper White: 5-1/4” x 4”, scrap for sentiment
Instructions:
- Fold Pretty Peacock card in half.
- Run Grapefruit Grove cardstock thru die-cutting machine using the Country Floral embossing folder.
- Adhere the embossed Grapefruit Grove cardstock to the Pretty Peacock card.
- Punch out of the Tropical Oasis Designer Series Paper 2 of the “umbrellas” using Umbrella Punch. Punch out 2 handles using the Pretty Peacock cardstock.
- Punch out flower for center of butterfly using the Grapefruit Grove cardstock and Small Bloom Punch.
- Apply Snail adhesive behind the small Grapefruit Grove flower and add the 2 “handles” for the butterfly “antennas”.
- Add Stampin Dimensionals to the butterfly (umbrella) wings. Add the wings to the front of card.
- Stamp the sentiment on scrap Whisper White using the Pretty Peacock ink pad.
- Punch out sentiment using the Timeless Label punch.
- Add Stampin Dimensionals to the sentiment and add to card.
- Tie a bow with the Whisper White twine and adhere to card using a glue dot.
