Stamp Sets -- Ringed With Nature Bundle (159889)
Card Stock –Early Espresso (119686), Soft Suede (115318), Crumb Cake (120953), Evening Evergreen (155574)
Ink—Early Espresso (147114)
Misc- Linen Thread (104199), Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430), Multipurpose Liquid Glue (110755)
Measurements:
Early Espresso: 4-1/4” x 11” scored at 5-1/2” and 4-1/4” (card base), Scraps for die cutting twigs and acorn caps
Soft Suede: 5-1/2” x 4-1/4"
Crumb Cake: 5-1/4” x 4” and 4” x 4” piece for inside of card.
Evening Evergreen: scraps to die cut twigs
Linen Thread-about 18” piece
Instructions:
Run Soft Suede piece through Tree Ring Embossing Folder. Then cut into 1” x 4” piece and 4”x 4” piece.
Glue small piece of embossed soft suede piece to left of card front and larger embossed soft suede piece to right side of card front.
Ink Tree Ring embossing folder with Early Espresso ink and emboss the Crumb Cake piece.. Then die cut with matching die cut tree ring die.
Die cut all twigs out of Early Espresso scraps and Evening Evergreen scraps. Die cut acorn caps out of Early Espresso scraps (2) and acorn bottoms out of Crumb Cake scraps (2).
Cut leaves from Evergreen twigs and glue on top of Early Espresso twigs to make 2-color twigs. Glue acorn caps to acorn bottoms.
Tie Linen thread around 1-1/4” side of card front and tie in a bow. Then glue down the 1-1/4” side to make the Bookbinding fold. Glue the 4” x 4” Crumb Cake piece to inside of card base.
With Stampin’ Dimensionals adhere 2 of the inked, embossed and die cut tree rings to front of card front (See picture), Glue twigs around the tree rings slipping ends of twigs under the tree rings.
Lastly, adhere 2 acorns with Stampin’ Dimensionals (See picture).
